Views credit

in a CI project where you do not have access to the building's VLT, is there a default value we can use?   not finding guidance on it

Apparently there are apps that do that https://alternativeto.net/software/tint-meter--check-car-window-tinting-vlt/.
I have not used any, so if you do, please let us know how it/they worked out for you!
