Dear All,
What is exactly the definition of "automated" with regard to the shades when using option 2 for this credit, and would manually operated electric blinds be compliant when VLT x WFR > 0,18?
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Automated means that there is a sensor located somewhere in or on the building. When a certain illuminance level is reached it sends the signal to the blinds which closes them. Basically, there is no human decision making or actions required to move the shades or determine when they must be moved. You must have manual override installed.
Manual operated blinds electric blinds are not automated and therefore you must comply with the WFR.
