Hi LEED experts, about "Views into interior atria may be used to meet up to 30% of the required area". Does that mean a room with no view to the exterior but has a view to the indoor garden, can be counted as the area with view? and we only count 30% of this room area, instead of 100% right? Thanks for your comments.

It does mean that room would be counted.
You would count 100% of that room area, but it can only count toward 30% of the total views area. In other words, 70% of the area you're counting as having a view has to have a view to the outside.
