We are working on a small building, and it will have only one small HVAC split system. The person who was responsible for this HVAC installation, was our Building Engineer, which signed the form. We got a questioning saying that we must have the signature of a Ventilation Systems Designer, which must be designated in the Team Administration Tab. How could we solve this? Is it possible that one person can have two differente roles in the Team Admnistration tab? I´m affraid that if we change her role to Ventilation System Designer, the other forms that she has signed will not be aproved, stating that they require a Building Engineer...

One project member can wear two hats on a project, just explain the situation to the LEED reviewer.

Thanks David! So if I just write and explain it on the form, it should be enough, right? My doubt is whether there is a right (official) place on the form that I should describe it, or by email...

We upload a response to all the questions that are brought up by the LEED reviewers in addition to making any necessary corrections to the forms.
