CI-2009 IEQc2:Increased Ventlilation

ventilation flow rate

Hi, We work on a project in Turkey and I have a trouble about calculations on technical areas. Is it subject %30 increase the flow rate in technical areas? (server rooms,technical rooms etc.) Thanks!
