VAV box serving multiple space types

One of my project's multi-zone systems has a single VAV box serving multiple space types (corridor, storage, office). What is the best way to approach this scenario in the 62MZ calculator? Should I input each of the spaces served by the VAV box as a separate "zone" in the calculator or should the spaces served by the VAV box be combined into a single "zone"? If I combine the spaces into a single zone in the calculator should I use some sort of a weighted average for the people and area outdoor rates or should I use the rates with the highest requirements?

I always input each space as its own zone. That way you will be able to determine the absolute worst case and design around that. Remember that thermal zones and ventilation zones are not the same thing. Also, when you do your turn down of your critical zone you can turn down other zones on the same box or with similar thermal qualities.
