When inputing into the indoor water use reduction calculator, do we have to input each fixture individually? I ask this because I am doing this for a school and it has different faucet in the bathrooms and locker rooms. So how would I properly input this?

The calculator provided by USGBC allows you to enter information for individual fixtures. When entering the fixture information in the design case fixture type, enter in the info for each individual fixture for both male and female groups. Then enter in the percentage of occupants that are served by that specific fixture. So if the lockers room faucets account for 10% of the total faucets, including bathrooms, locker rooms would account for 10% and bathrooms would account for 90%. The numbers will adjust based on these percentages. Make sure the totals for each fixture reference totals 100%.
If the usage patterns are more complicated, you can enter in a separate group to differentiate between the two fixture groups.

Not all of the bathrooms' fixture are the same as well so does that mean I have to break that down by percentages for each specific fixture?

That's correct. If other fixtures have varying flush/flow rates, they should be separated by the percentage of occupants they serve.
