The occupancy of our building is general office. It's a square section tower 20mx20m. Inside it's open plan, without partitions. The windows have a very strange desing, they have a variable section along the façade. Then, for this credit, our compliant area will be, at least, 75% of the whole open plane area (except pllars and non-regulary occupied spaces)?

Yes, you need to achieve 75% except you have interior floor plan that shows non-regularly occupied space in open space. You may exclude the non-regularly portion from your open space.
