LEED v4.1 Discussion Forum

v4.1 O+M: working with a new building

Hi everyone, 

Hope you are well. We were requested to work on a LEED v4.1 O+M: Existing building certification. This building has 30yo. It has been under a major renovation. We wanted to start our performace period for O+M on the very first month after this renovation is finished and the building is fully occupied. Would it be correct to do so?
