Hello! I asked this question under v4.1 Schools, but this side of the world seems better traveled.
Do EV charging spaces (or infrastructure) for v4.1 (options 1 or 2) have to be in preferred locations? This language doesn't seem to be in the credit. If it is there, can someone point me in the right direction?
Context: I have a project where the utility connection is farther away from the building entrance than "preferred" would typically dictate. Trenching the parking lot would add considerable costs to an already tight school budget, under either option.

the v4.1 reference guide states within the "Behind the Intent. Beta Update" ... 'preferred parking requirements....have been removed'.
The parking spot must be clearly identified and reserved for the sole use by plug-in vehicles.
