v4.1 form upload within v4 Master site

Hi everyone,

our v4 C&S project uses LEED v4.1 substitution for certain credits within the campus master site. I'm not able to upload v4.1 sample forms because the substitution icon is missing in LEED online for master site credits, so I can't switch the LEED version for these credits. When trying to upload the v4.1 sample form a system error occures. Does anyone have experience with this issue? I tried to upload v4 forms with explanation in Special circumstances but the reviewer requires to provide v4.1 sample forms. Would it be OK to upload v4.1 sample forms to the "Credit uploads" section instead the "Form upload" section? Many thanks.

Hi Wendy, not yet. I'm going to submit the documentation for the final review in few days. I'll post a comment if the upload of v4.1 form to "Credit uploads" has been approved. Jan

Hi Jan, I emailed the USGBC yesterday and they replied as following:To pursue a substitution, project teams should provide a short narrative in the “Special Circumstances” section of the form indicating that a v4.1 approach is being pursued, and then upload any additional documentation outlined in the v4.1 beta guide (just as an individual project would do). Our reviewers are prepared to be on alert to review for credit substitutions.
