CI-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

V4 IAQ ventilation rate

I am working on a project using the V4 CI rating stsem. For IAQ ventialtion rate, the standard references and has the calculator for using 62.1 2010 or 2013. I would like to use 62.1-2019, which does affect the amount of outside air I would need at the AHU.  Is using 62.1 2019 acceptable?  I haven't found an iterpretation yet where this question has been asked.
