Hi Helene! No, sorry, LPE's are not applicable/available in LEED v4.

Helene - I find this an interesting question and answer. The LPEs still have a tab within each credit on LEED Online in LEEDv4. So it seems like they would still trust the professionals enough to use their signature to sign off on some of the documentation. I am not seeing any either.
