I just went through the post-ceriftication process for a project and I did not see any location to upload the signed USGBC Energy and Water Data Release Authorization Form. Has this step changed? The owner did sign all (3) signatory boxes instead of the agent - would this determine if the energy and water data form needs to be uploaded? We still received the Congratulations statement and email and the project has now been listed as certified.
