ND-Plan-v4 GIBp2:Minimum building energy performance

USGBC- approved equivalent standards for non-US projects

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a document available summarising the pre-approved USGBC equivalent standards to ASHRAE 90.1 governing energy performance for projects outside the US?

This particular project is in Italy, so if anyone has come across any approved equivalents here this would be much appreciated.
