I am using AutoCASE software to pursue the Informing Design Using Triple Bottom Line Analysis Pilot Credit as well as this Pilot Credit. It is interesting to see the results of the report.

I am using Autocase for this credit and I find it interesting that the Autocase representative states that this credit requires running a report with 2 credits in a category, twice. For example 2 credits in water and 2 credits in energy, generating 2 reports. I did not come to the same conclusion when reading the requirements, I understood at least 2 credits in two categories. I'm eager to see the LEED reviewer comments.

Based on my interpretation of the requirements using the same report would satisfy both the requirements for both pilot credits. We are also using Autocase to conduct the analysis and will be submitting in Q1 of 2021. Megan, did you submit the same report for both pilot credits? If so, did you receive any comments from the LEED reviewer?

Yes I have submitted the same report for both pilot credits and the reviewers did not have an issue with that.

I should also mention, I recommend asking Autocase to take a look at the output report before you submit it for review because they can spot any red flags and help you fix them before the review.

As mentioned on another post for INpc113, we found the output reports valuable and will continue to use Autocase for future projects.

We are participating in both INpc 113 and INpc 122, and using Autocase to run the analysis. Eager to see how the analysis influences the project and the review comments (if any).

Our project team is looking at submitting a report for the #122 pilot credit, but these comments appear to say the same report could also be used to document #113 for a 2nd point. What is the functional difference between 113 and 122?

In general #113 requires that at least six LEED credits must be analyzed, including Indoor Water Use Reduction, Outdoor Water Use Reduction, and Optimized Energy Performance. #122 requires analysis of at least two LEED credits in two categories (LT, SS, WE, EA, MR, or EQ). So 2 credits in LT and 2 credits in MR for example. And you can't double count and use the same credit for both pilot credits. With planning it is possible to analyze 10 credits and cover the requirements of both pilot credits. I normally provide a cover letter to show how I am meeting these requirements and not double counting.

Hello, we have submitted Autocase reports for both #113 and #122. Most recently, we are using this in a Master Site approach. Each building has it's own report for certification purposes, but then we are rolling up for a final presentation site-wide to show the full TBL benefit to the Owner.

Submitting another building with TBLA Autocase reports for both #113 and #122. Has anyone else had experience with application of Master Site credits to individual building reports? Was prorating the results the best methodology?

My team is working on both INpc 113 and INpc 122 for an inpatient healthcare project and we also used Autocase. It is very easy to use and results comprehensive for showing client. Looking forward to seeing if we receive any comments back after it is reviewed!

We woud like to run the analysis with Materials credits other than the LCA that was not pursued. I wonder if anyone had experience running the model with information for BPDO credits or Construction waste management.

We are now using Autocase for this credit on a Commercial Interiors project. One item to note, as it is Commercial Interiors, Outdoor Water Use Reduction is not a credit. However, a red flag does pop up if Outdoor Water Use Reduction is not listed in the credits for the analysis. I have received confirmation from Autocase- this is a bug and will be fixed. The people at Autocase have been great to work with if you have any questions or concerns. Excited to try this pilot credit out on an interiors project!

Am enjoying the new features of Autocase's improvement including the Construction Waste contributions. Will continue to use this on our projects to show the impact of sustainable design and construction!
