Use of Pavegen as permanent entryway system

Hi LEED experts,

I am currently designing a project in Hong Kong that tries to use pavegen with carpet coating at the entrance. I'm wondering if the slots of pavegen can fulfill the IEQ5 requirements as "slotted system".

Hi Kollsman, I don't think the slots would perform the same function as an entry grille/grate, but the carpet coating could qualify if it is designed for entryway use. Projects have achieved this credit using permanently installed carpet tile that performs similar to a roll-out mat.
