Hello,
You should be able to account for non-potable water sources being used in your flush fixtures inside your space.
The calculator file provided by LEED should be populated with the fixtures only, and this calc should be used to document the Prerequisite; the instructions for calculating additional savings from alternative water sources are detailed in the v4 Ref Guide under the Step-by-step section.
