Usable square footage calculation for a warehouse

The ANSI/BOMA standard noted in the reference guide appears to be limited to office buildings and requires that you purchase the standard to access the calculations. Does anyone have experience using the square footage route for this credit on a C&S warehouse? It seems like a single-story warehouse would probably qualify for the minimum of 15% since there are no corridors, elevators, toilet rooms, mechanical spaces, etc.

Does the C&S warehouse have any CS space at all? If not then you should be fine using the 15%.

Thanks, Marcus. The warehouse has a couple of electrical rooms and that's about it. I'll take a look at using the square footage and the energy model numbers and see how they compare.
