If you're using LEEDuser's tenant guidelines template—please update it with the version now posted to the Doc Toolkit above. We have modified it in response to recent review comments from GBCI.
The comments were as follows:
1. The submitted Tenant Guidelines do not provide sufficient information to enable tenants to coordinate their space design and construction with the rest of the building systems for the following credits:
a) MRc6/7: Certified Wood: The reference standard(s) for “certified wood” should be identified.
b) IEQc4.1: Low-Emitting Materials – Adhesives and Sealants: The reference standard(s) for the “applicable VOC limits” should be identified.
c) IEQc4.2: Low-Emitting Materials – Paints and Coatings: The reference standard(s) for the “applicable VOC limits” should be identified.
d) IEQc4.3: Low-Emitting Materials – Flooring Systems: The reference standard(s) for the “applicable VOC limits” should be identified.
e) IEQc4.3: Low-Emitting Materials – Systems Furniture and Seating: The “applicable standards” should be identified.
f) IEQc8.1: Daylight and Views—Daylight: Project-specific strategies (recommendations) and information concerning how “providing sufficient daylight” is accomplished, including a description of how “sufficient daylight” is defined.

Hi Tristan
I was about to submit our long-completed SSc9 document for Design Review for a large C&S building and I suddenly realised that it refers to LEEDV3. With LEEDV4 applicable for any tenant starting fit-out in only a few months, won't the V3 language be completely outdated as of about now? I am going to submit the same query to our review team to be sure.

Melissa,
Did the review team get back to you? I would think that in August it wouldn't have mattered, and that your guidelines would still be accurate in outlining your efforts and best practices - did you update the guidance to reflect v4 credits and requirements, or was it ok because v3 was still open at that time? For v3 projects still working on certification I think you make a good point, reference to potential LEED certification in tenant spaces should refer to v4.

Hi Steve, thanks for asking. Unfortunately, no, they never replied. (This is the second or third time I've asked a question and received no answer from a review team). We closed out the credit in September expecting to submit but our submittal as expected was delayed several times and will not be made for another month or so. I will go ahead and submit the LEED V3 versionbecause the work to re-do the agreement (which I drafted for free on behalf of the client) is huge. If they object, then I'll tackle it then. It seems the only sensible approach.
