University alternative compliance

Are there alternative compliance paths for universities? Students walk further on average to get to classes than the typical person. We are within .5 miles of the transportation area, but that does not meet the standard compliance path.

Erin, I haven't heard of any alternative distance being used for a university. You could always try a CIR, but I think you'd need to cite a specific transit use research study or something official to make your case that students will walk farther.
