What needs to be included in a universal notification about a Tier 2 pesticide application? I've found old documentation stating a "Signal Word" needs to be included. Is this still required?

I believe it's still required (and would error on the side of more information is probably safer). We always include: date+time of posting; date+time of application; where application will occur; product to be applied; active ingredient(s); signal word; and contact information for if they have questions.
I actually find signal words really interesting (as they each mean something different related to how long of an exposure it would take to do harm and harm to what degree), but most people generally don't know/understand that there is a difference. Luckily, the signal word is required to be on the chemical label, so it's typically an easy thing for you to include on your notifications.
