I'm working on a project that has an unfinished space, but it is meant to be a cafeteria. I'm assuming that being a cafeteria, the space will have some sort of commercial refrigeration system that would be big enough (>225g of refrigerant) to need to be reported in EAp4. However, for that same reason, I do not really know what's actually going to be installed.
My questions are:
1) Being a space that is about 2% of the conditioned area, may I exclude any requirements associated with it?
2) If not, is a signed TLA stating that all future installed systems will comply with this Prerequisite suficient to meet the requirements?
