Hi, I'm doing a LEED certification and I have a three floors office building, with three underground floors for parking purposes only. These three underground floors have NO HVAC system, they are natural ventilated and they have electrical lighting power only Could I have to insert them in my model or can I use the electrical power values only? I'm using the VE Pro software for certification. Thank you in advance

You should model it all. Building three floors of parking in a model should take almost no extra time and it will eliminate any possible questions from the reviewer.
