Dear all,
We have a case of CI fitout, with VAVs in project scope but no AHUs in our scope. The client leased an office area which receives mixed air (fresh+return) from the central AHU within the base building, this AHU doesn't have FA monitor installed, so do we still able to comply with the prerequisite without having FA monitoring?
I've noticed the LEED V4 CI wording states that:
"For variable air volume systems with an outdoor air intake in the project scope of work, provide a direct
outdoor airflow measurement device..."
Our case is a VAV and the outdoor air intake is out of scope.

On a recent CI project we provide the information below in the special circumstance portion of the LEEDonline form and there were no questions:
Ventilation systems are part of the base building systems and are not included in the project scope of work, therefore outdoor air monitoring is not required or provided.
