This is something that will vary considerably due to your unique site conditions. If you are looking for a simple table that says this bush removes this much TSS, you're not going to find it.
Start with the Table in the manual....vegetated filter strip, or grass swale. and adjust per your site. Coordinate with the civil engineer, see what he/she is doing.
