Could this credit be achieved if it were only proposed to treat the storm water runoff with a structural measure and not capture? It would also need to accommodate at least 90% of the annual rainfall volume AND remove 80% of the avg annual postdevelopment load of TSS? Is that correct? thanks, NK

Like a CDS or other hydro-dynamic separator? Sure, as long as the appropriate runoff volume is treated at 80% TSS or above.
