Transportation emissions

We've never included transportation emissions and have never had a reviewer suggest that they should be included. Our responses focus on the EAp1 measures identified. That said, if you have evidence that project work has directly reduced transportation emissions in a quantifiable way then I would certainly include it. I wouldn't include "savings" identified in the transportation survey as this is rather an indication of the status quo rather than a result of the certification process.
