Hello everyone -

I'm writing today to let you all know that as of this month, I am retiring from SERA, and that I'm going to be beginning a new journey as a consultant/volunteer!

I'm going to continue dedicating my time to policy and advocacy work (focused on decarbonizing the built environment) but now I'll be doing it as a free-agent. Initially I'm going to be on a "listening-tour", speaking with folks like you, to learn more about all that's happening, looking for ideas as to where I may be able to help. Please reach out if you have any thoughts...

You are an amazing group of folks, doing incredible work, so I look forward to finding ways to collaborate and get into "good trouble" with you in the future - there is so much good work to do!

I can't wait to see many of you this evening at the SDL Show-and-Tell, and even more of you over the week at Greenbuild!

Very exciting news. Speaking as someone who supposedly retired at the end of last year, I can assure you that retirement is a fantasy. You have always been an inspiration as someone who really gets things done. The EGWW building is one of my favorite projects of all time. I'd love to connect sometime about what's next.
