My project has completed the initial review and I now realize that the peak transient occupancy number I listed in table Plf3-3 is incorrect. I cannot change the number because the section is marked "complete" and I am assuming I can't go back in and change back to "in progress" to edit because it is marked as "reviewed". Is there a way to get back into the section to edit? How do I request or gain access to revise the table?

Thomas, you can go back and change it to "in progress" to edit the form, then mark as complete when you are done - this is how you are supposed to edit the forms to provide clarifications to the reviewers.

Kimberly, nothing happens when I try to change it to "in progress" to edit. The credit is already marked as "approved" but I have to change one entry to meet the requirements of a credit comment later in the review. Does the fact it is approved block being able to change it back to "in progress" and edit the form? If so, how do I go about getting back into it. I can explain the reason for making the change in the narrative that will go with the resubmission. Thanks a lot.

Thomas - you should still be able to modify & resubmit approved forms in LEED Online (things change in design and construction so this flexibility is built in). I recommend using the Feedback button in LEED Online and explaining the issue to GBCI tech support, they might uncover a bug that's preventing you from being able to edit the form.

Thomas, do you have project admin access to LEED Online or was the form assigned to you by the project administrator? I agree with Kimberly you should be able to change this to "in progress" to make changes, so I’m wondering if it the problem has to do with access privileges.

Kimberly and David, thank you for both replies. I am the project team manager so I think I should have access. I recently upgraded my computer and my version of windows explorer so I am going to see if I can make the change to "in progress" on another machine with an earlier version of explorer. I will check with GBCI tech support if that does not work. I have issues like this before, so hopefully, it is something as simple as that.

Kimberly and David, I successfully changed the credit to "in progress" this morning. My current version of windows explorer was not compatible. Changing a setting to compatability mode solved the problem. Thanks for the comments, it led me in the right direction!
