I think the best place to start with any purchasing challenge is your vendor - they know the marketplace and should be very motivated to help. If they can't deliver, contact one or two of their competitors, who may be even MORE motivated to help. I know there are a number of recycled content or remanufactured toner cartridges on the market - hopefully your vendor can lead you right to them if an internet search doesn't.
