FAQs about SSc4.2 :

Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Does LEED have any requirements on spacing or the type of bike racks used? What about security?

Hi. I am inquiring if toilet is required as part of Changing Room for 2009 NC. Can the Changing Room be just a shower and a small area to change? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi Joann, a toilet is not required. Shower and space to change is all that's needed, any other amenities like lockers, shelving, etc are up to you to include or not.
