Hi everyone! I've some doubts about this points. Whats is the setback temperatures? The time setpoint not met is calculated only in the occupied hours? I ask this because the air conditioning in my building works at the same time that the time of occupation. How can I prove these hours when there is no air conditioning in unoccupied schedules? My energy simulation software presents a summary of the LEED only with "setpoint team not met" in time of occupation however, I received a question about the hours of non-occupation. Setpoint does not work in that time has no occupation. Thanks!

Setback generally refers to the adjustment of temperature settings during unoccupied periods. Unmet load hours could possible occur at any time but they are far more likely during occupied periods. If the air conditioning is shut off during unoccupied hours and the temperature settings in the model reflect this sequence then you should not generate any unmet load hours. Sounds like maybe you need to enter a very high set point that would never be reached during unoccupied hours.
