What should I do about a warehouse space?

How can thermal conditions for areas with metabolic rates outside of 1.0–1.3 be determined? (Per ASHRAE Standard 55-2004 Section 5.2.1.1, Figure 5.2.1.1 can be used for areas with metabolic rates between 1.0 and 1.3).

There are a few spaces in my project that can’t meet these requirements. Can’t I just exclude them?

Thermal Comfort - Mechancial Ventilated Warehouse Space

Dear All,

We are working on a warehouse project (LEED NC 2009), that has box type Mechanical Ventilation fans which comply minimum & enhanced ventilation. To comply thermal comfort criteria as per LEED interpretation ID# 10279, can design alternative hard-wired fans used to provide air movement for occupants’ comfort? The project is located in Singapore.
