We are working on a new media center for a University in Hawaii. In our second review, we were asked to list out individual workstations in our only Individual Occupant Space, rather than the space itself. In the first review, the reviewer asked us to align the spaces between the Interior Lighting, and Thermal Comfort credits.
So, now that I am getting ready to work on the Thermal Comfort credit, I have two types of controls - a thermostat, and individual desk fans. My question is, how do I list out the thermostat for the space? Do I assign it to one of the workstations, all of the workstations, or as a separate entry for the room itself? Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Each individual cubicle or desk must be counted in the list of individual workspaces, and these numbers must be identical between the lighting and thermal comfort credits. The actual space itself does not need to be included unless there’s another area in the room used by multiple occupants like a conference table or other gathering space.
So if each individual workstation has a desk fan, you wouldn't need to list the thermostat at all.

Perfect. That's what we came up with as well. W put a combo desk light/fan on each desk.
