Has anyone any experience in terms of what a LEED reviewer might look for in terms of Thermal Comfort Ranges for this credit ?

The reviewer won't be looking for any particular number or range. They will be looking for the analysis to be performed and how that analysis informed the development of the design.
Thermal Comfort Ranges are on the list as an example of a strategy that could be analyzed. This refers to the implementation of adaptive comfort strategies that would expand the normal temperature settings. For example, we work with a private school project that sets the temperatures at 65 in winter and 80 in summer. The buildings incorporate numerous strategies to enable thermal comfort at these settings. Another good example would be the strategies employed at the new Rocky Mountain Institute project.
The whole point of this credit is to begin to analyze strategies in the very early stages of design.
