Ahmed, Walk Score has only recently been accepted as an option, and as far as I know, it only covers the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. If you know of an organization or agency that is modeling walkability data for your project's region, I'm sure GBCI would be willing to consider its methodology and accuracy, but otherwise, I don't think you can use this option for a project in Saudi Arabia.
