Tenants Obliged to Share Data with USGBC?

Hello All, Are tenants obliged to share their energy data with USGBC for any period of time? Having the necessary number and level of tenant sub-meters is not a problem (as the building developer will be installing them). However as we do not know all the tenants, we do not know if they will want to share their energy consumption data with USGBC. Thanks, Ian

MPR #6 requires sharing data for 5 years. CS projects are treated no differently than other projects. You are obligated to get the data from the tenants and report the whole building data. If you can't do so then you will need to apply for some sort of exception.
