We have a 2-story building with multiple independently operating HVAC systems. We are looking for guidance on how to log temperature and humidity during the flush-out. The temperature will be tracked for each system by the BAS. The building has a single humidity sensor that is also tracked by the BAS. Can we use that single sensor as proof of the humidity in the building during the flush - or do we have to put in temporary data loggers in each space?
There isn't any guidance in the reference guide as to the frequency of measurement during the flush. Does anyone have better information on this?

There are many reasons why projects choose to pursue a flush-out rather than--or even in addition to--air testing. I'd say a little more than half of the projects I see opt for the flushing.
Nancy, sometimes I check the credit form to see what exact info the reviewers are actually expecting. In this case, for the flush-out, it is the following, in narrative format:
Describe the flush-out procedure. Include flush-out date(s), outdoor air delivery rates, internal temperature, and relative
humidity. The flush-out must meet the following minimum requirements:
If your BAS can confirm that the overall humidity levels stayed within the allowed range, that should be sufficient. The credit form does not explicity require output in the form of reports; that said, I have had to produce them in the past in response to review questions. Keep a log of the flush-out date/time range that shows the ongoing monitoring values just in case. The frequency of recording may be limited by your system; I looked back at ours and it was in 15-min intervals.

Hello!
In the past, we have pursued Option 1 on projects and were able to subtract any time in which the RH was above 60% as long as we ran the flush out long enough to still meet the sf requirements of this credit. We just received a comment from GBCI stating that this was no longer allowed and if RH goes above 60% at any point, Option 1 cannot be pursued. Has anyone else seen this?

That is my understanding. If thresholds (temp / humidity) are exceeded during the flushout then the credit is killed.
Also, GBCI has required that filters be replaced immediately before the flushout, immediately after the flushout, and during the flushout as needed.

Does anyone know the specific intervals (duration/frequency) required for the temp and humidity to satisfy the requirements of Option 1? Can be every 2 hours, every hour, every 30 min., every 15 min., etc.? The controls person is asking because they need to set up the BAS to ensure the report is sufficient, and doesn't want to provide volumes of data. The 15-min interval as stated above seems a little excessive for a duration of 24+ days.

I have always let the controls contractor dictate the reasonable duration/frequency of temp/humidity recording intervals, and have never been question by GBCI. Our flushout narrative states "The BAS was functiounal during the flushout and data trending was available. The space temp and humidity were monitored and logged via the BAS. Internal temps did not fall below 60 F or above 80 F; likewise humidity levels did not exceed 60% during the flushout.'
Seems like 'once an hour' data is most typically provided by the BAS. We've never been asked by GBCI to provide the trend log or state the duration between temp/humidity readings........yet. :)
