Hey Emily!
The answer is "yes" in my opinion unless your task lights are NOT in regularly occupied spaces (which I suppose is possible, but seems unlikely). The requirement applies to: "all regularly occupied spaces". Getting a 90CRI task light shouldn't be a problem.
