Take back program language for contract

Does anyone have a sample contract with a manufacturer for a take back program? My project teams are asking about this and we are not sure who the responsibility falls on - owner? GC? What would the contract language be like? If anyone has a sample, that would be super helpful! The reference guide doesn't provide enough guidance.
