On the SSLp4 Credit Language section, the titles of the tables are missing.
I do not have the v2009 edition, but in v4, Table 1 reads "Mitigation ratios for projects in large metropolitan or micropolitan statistical areas (pop. 250,000 or more)" and Table 2 title is "Mitigation ratios for projects in small metropolitan or micropolitan statistical areas (pop. less than 250,000)"

Andres, I'm not sure which document you're referring to with missing table titles, but for both v2009 and v4 you've quoted the titles correctly.
