Hi could you confirm whether the "Owned/Leased" column is meant to reflect the project owner's usage management versus the building owner's usage? For instance, my client owns the whole building and leases out some but not all of the space. For spaces that are leased out to other companies, do we still select "Owned"?

List these spaces separately on the form. I would list leased space as "leased" and spaces used by owner as "owned." Be sure to include detailed information regarding ownership and leased space within your project narrative. LEED Interpretation #10102 may apply if you have unfinished tenant spaces within your LEED NC project.
