Survey to inform curriculum for social impact design

Hi folks,

The team at Open Architecture Collaborative Canada (website under construction) are developing a remote learning experience to address the lack of meaningful practice of design for social impact in the built environment-related design and planning fields. They’ve together a pretty detailed survey to help guide the development of their curriculum, and would appreciate input from anyone who cares to contribute (they estimate 22 minutes to complete—I think it could take a little longer). Here's the link to take the Survey.

I'm not sure if this is all connected (OAC US and Canada), but I participated in the 2018-2019 cohort of the Pathways to Equity fellowship that was organized through a partnership between Open Architecture Collaborative and Association for Community Design. (Why I was a Bay Area local for a brief stint)   It was a really powerful experience for me, and I could speak volumes about it. The program blended work of self-reflection and interpersonal understanding, with broader movement building / systemic change, and hands-on work with a local community partner (it was jam-packed...so curriculum may have changed)   They also have a 'lighter-touch' virtual program - applications are actually open now. Happy to share more if anyone wants to chat about it.   Not to distract from the OAC Canada survey!
