I have recently started the design stage submittal on a LEED 2009 NC project and I went to several credits under Sustainable sites including but not limited to SSc4.2 and SSc4.3 and when I click on file uploads it states there are no uploads required for the credit. I was under the impression from previous projects that one would need to upload a site plan showing location and number of cycle racks etc along with the template. My question therefore is has anything changed on LEED online that I was not aware of relating to file uploads?

Vivien, USGBC has been working to remove unnecessary signatories and uploads from documentation. However, reviewing the latest (v04) forum for NC 2009 just now, I do see a required upload for a site plan.
