I downloaded the spreadsheet from LEED online today and have encountered problems. I've been able to input data but I'm not able to add rows to the spreadsheet. The instructions say to click on "ADD Regularly Occupied Spaces" but nothing happens after clicking the tab. Does anyone have any recommendations? Is there another site where I can download this document with fully operating functions? Many thanks.

Lindsay,
You have to enable macros in Excel. When i open the file, there is a security warning bar on the top of the screen that says "macros have been disabled." There is an Options button next to this line. Click it and check the button for "Enable content" and hit OK. This should allow you to add rows!

Thank you, Lauren. I had taken that step yesterday but unfortunately it still wasn't working. I had someone else in my office load and save the document so all is functioning now. Appreciate your advice.
