I am using the Supplemental Daylight and Views Calculation Spreadsheet that was provided by the USGBC website under resources. Once I filled in all the available lines I attempted to add a row by clicking on the text box "ADD Regularly Occupied Space", and nothing happened. Any suggustions on how to add additional rows? Thank you

Try doing a save as and name it something else. Also, on the left hand column, the numbers column, right click on the last row, click add row.
