Hello,
We are finishing-up QA/QC on a LEED v4 project where we prepared the IP credit and uploads using LEED v4 protocols and the LEED form was recently substituted for the LEED v4.1 IP protocols.
Our project team is really not sure what to do, as we did not take into consideration any of the three exemplary performance options into account. Our site is a USFS Visitor's Center that was severely damaged during hurricane Maria, so its a major remodel on an existing site, and frankly we did not focus on social equity or health and wellbeing at the beginning of the project, except to pursue green building as an educational tool and occupant comfort survey innovation credits.
No one wants to re-do this credit as the v4 version we prepared was challenging enough. Our idea is to explain our situation in the Special Circumstances section of the form and see how the reviewers respond. Any ideas on what to do are welcome.
Thanks!

Assuming you are registered under LEED v4, I think you can request that the v4 form be substituted in LEED Online. Failing that you can explain the situation in the Special Circumstances and then upload the v4 form. The reviewer should then review it according to the v4 requirements. If you registered for v4.1 then I think you have to comply with the v4.1 requirements.
