Submitting a new credit after final construction review

Hello everyone, We just received the final construction review, and found out that our project got 59 points awarded. As we expected, the owner wants to achieve Gold certification; therefore, we are trying to include one new credit in an appeal review, is that even possible? Our other option would be to try to appeal the Green Power credit (which has been awarded already), to purse it again with exemplary performance and get that additional point we need. Has anyone done that before? Any suggestions? We understand that the appeal stage would be only for denied credits, but at this point, we are not in a position to follow that option.

You you can add a credit through an appeal. Assuming you have not maxed out your ID credits already you can get exemplary performance for EAc6 through an appeal. Just buy more green power and resubmit EAc6. If you qualify you would be awarded an exemplary performance ID credit automatically. This should be pretty straight forward. Again if you have an ID credit open you could add one. Commonly earned ID credits that would not be too late would include green building education, an EBOM operational credit, or exemplary performance for another credit.
