We understand that the only way to submit for a CIR is through the registered project LEED Online platform. The issue we have is complex, and takes more (way more) than the maximum 5,000 character limit allowed, to fully explain. I had submitted inquiries twice to the USGBC about other avenues to submitting the CIR, but of course, only received the stock reply - "do it through LEED Online". Does anyone have any experience or advice with this? Thanks.
